Which Fans? PIP

As some of you know, we are getting married in Maui and it will be very hot and humid (or so I'm told) so we want to give out fans at the reception. I found this "Buri Hand Fans" that I think go SO well with the Hawaiian decor but I can't decide between two. Our colours are cobalt blue and coral/orange and we have bamboo chairs (the fans will be placed on each chair). If we do the blue ones, we will use coral/orange ribbon. If we do the natural one, we will probably do cobalt ribbon....maybe coral/orange. Thoughts/opinions??

I said Natural, but I think maybe you could do both!
If not, then I say natural because you can ALWAYS tue blue ribbons on them to "dress them up"

Agree with peachy on doing both. That way your guest can pick the color they want. I am partial to the blue tho.

Could you do as peachy suggested and tying a ribbon of the opposite color to them. Like on the natural tie a blue ribbon and on the blue tie a natural color to it?

I really like the look of the natural. Maybe you could alternate ribbon colors on them?

Are you planning to place them on the chairs or hand them out? If its the former, I think the blue would really pop against the chairs. If its the latter, I like the natural ones.

I picked blue because I think it would really make your wedding colors stand out against the more neutral chairs. My feeling would be that with neutral chairs & a neutral fan, people might think beige is one of your colors.

<div>We're not sure yet....we don't really have anyone to hand them out (we aren't having ushers) so probably just putting them on the chairs. The other thing we were considering is our table favors are little mini beach bags made out of the same neutral coloured palm stuff, and we have decorated them with blue and coral ribbon....so if we do the neutral fans, they would match the table favors. I like the idea of covering the handle of the fan in our colours (see PIP), but not sure how expensive it would get b/c we'd need so much ribbon??</div><div>

I think the blue would look best against the chairs, but I like the natural better. The blue handles on the natural look cute! It maybe more comfortable to hold too.
