NWR 24 week bump!

It's been a while since I last posted one.


This was taken about a week ago at 24 weeks.

DH and I are more or less all moved in to our new house and love it. It's so great to have space! We're still going to our old church which is about a 25 min drive away in good traffic. We really love that parish and hope to continue going there (and have LO baptized there eventually) but we will start looking around other parishes in this neighbourhood in case the old one becomes too inconvenient for us. The great thing is that someone has finally stepped forward to take over my piano duties for a while after LO arrives - hooray!

Easter is a busy time for us as it is for most church musicians (and any others involved in liturgy, for that matter)... and by the time it's over, I will be in my third trimester. Crazy!

    Congrats! 

    I don't even know what day of the week it is right now because we have so many choir practices for Holy Week.  It messes with my head every year!

    We travel about 30 min to get to our church, but we've found "back-up" churches that are close by for the days that are hectic.

    lookin' good!

    we travel about 1/2 hour to our church becuase we love it.  i will say its sometimes inconvenient, and we dont go every sunday like we should in part due to the travel, in part due to work schedules.  but its worth it because its OUR church.

    Love it! You look fabulous.

    We currently travel about 20 minutes each to get to our parish, but have really debated what will happen in the future, especially once we have kids. We love our current parish, but will probably end up going somewhere closer once the hecticness of kids arrives.

    Awww! You look so cute!

    We started going to a different church that is 20 - 30 minutes away.  I feel much better about going to this church then the one that's 5 minutes away.  We are thinking of moving closer to that area anyways.  This church has a Catholic school attached that we were looking into sending our future children to.

    Congrats! 

    My church, where we will be getting married, is three minutes down the road from my apartment.  FI's church, where we'll both be going once I move after the wedding, is 15-20 minutes away from the house.  And that is the closest Catholic church.  It is a good parish though, with lots of young families and a school.
