Friday accountability

How did you all do with diet and exercise this week?

I got in 4 workouts this week 2 cardio and 2 strength training. Food was relatively healthy managed to avoids sweets and alcohol which is a huge plus for me.

The challenge comes now, I'm boarding a plane to London for the week. Need to make sure I stay on track. First fitting is the Monday I get back.

    I did ok!! Not great but I don't feel horribel! I tried to stay on track over the weekend.,And I ate carb free mon,tue,wed
    We've completely cut pasta dinners out from our household, unless its once a week and loaded with veggies

    i only gotin one work out on monday but i have been running around like a maniac since tues with shower stuff and got in a quick 20 min walk at work yesterday.

    Tomorrow is my shower-so I've saved all sweets so i can have a bite or two of my cake :)
