How has everyone been doing?

I had bootcamp two days last week and ran three days.

First 6 classes of bootcamp results:
Muscle Mass: up 1.6%
Body Fat: down 2%
Weight: Stayed the same
Calories: On a day where I don't do any workouts my body burns around 1319 cals, that is up from 1296 when I first started (Im 5'1).

This week workouts:
Monday: Run 4 miles
Tuesday: Bike 5 miles to and from bootcamp, 1 hr of bootcamp
Wed: Run 5 Miles
Thursday: Bike 3 miles, 1 hr of bootcamp
Friday: Rest
Saturday: 7 miles
Sunday: Rest.

    Tues: 5 mile Run
    Wed: Swim and Spin or Spin and Spin
    Thurs: Elliptical run 45 minutes
    Friday: Swim
    Saturday: Bike and Run Brick for 1.5-2 hours
    Sunday: Swim, or Run
