Caterers who specialize in Carribean Food

Hi Everyone!  I am helping my friend with her August 2013 wedding and we are looking for caterers that specialize in Carribean food. (Perhaps Jamaican, etc...)  Any recommendations in the Fairfield County or New Haven County area.  Will even consider looking in NY.  Any high recs...pls let me know.  Happy Planning :-)

    What differentiates an average host and a great host is anticipating unexpressed needs and wants of their guests.  Just because the want/need is not expressed, doesn't mean it wouldn't be appreciated.

    Try to find Mimi's Fusion of Flavors in new york city I'm not sure if they are Jamaican but I tasted their food and one of the dishes was a spice dish.
