What date do you tell guests to RSVP by?

Our wedding is July 31, we need to tell caterer the count by July 26. Hope to mail invites April 30th. So what date should I tell guests to RSVP by?

Mine is July 17th.  We told people to RSVP by June 19th.  So about one month in advance.

    Hope that helps!

Our wedding is July 10th and we're requesting that guests RSVP by June 26th. Our invites will go out May 1st. Our caterer doesn't need the final count until July 7th.

We need our final head count 10 days before.  Our wedding is April 30th, we asked to have rsvps back April 10th.......let me tell you though, we'll be tracking people down this week.  So you may want to give yourself a little more time than we did.

We are having ppl RSVP 3 weeks before hand.  Our wedding is June 12th; Final count due on June 8th. Invites go out on April 23rd and RSVP is by May 21st.  Hopefully that will allow for an extra week to actually get them in by the end of May and then we can start working on escort cards and table seating.

We're asking for RSVPs 3 weeks before the wedding, primarily to give our calligrapher enough time to do the placecards. Invitations should go out about 8 weeks before the wedding, which should be plenty early, considering we sent everyone STDs.

We did about a month before the wedding.  We're sending out our invitations in the next week or so, and asked for RSVPs by May 26th. Our wedding is June 26th and we need to have all the info to the caterer by June 19th

I am getting married the same day and we are going to be sending out the invites at the end of may (around memorial day weekend) and our RSVP is June 30th. We need to know the final count 2 weeks before the wedding. So that gives me 2 weeks to track people down and figure out place cards.

I'm doing a month before. I'm sure I'll have to track down lots of RSVPS and it also gives me time to do last minute details
