What the H?! We invited FI's aunt...she lives alone....I get back the RSVP and it says "3" are coming?? So I call in-laws and they say that it's her son and his girlfriend?? I haven't ever even met these people and her son just went through a divorce and now his girlfriend gets to come with him..GRR! It's the in-laws so I'm letting FI handle this one...not sure if we should say hey only you and your son can come or if we should just let it go...I swear people think weddings are free

I saw just aunt and son. No girlfriend. I know your not supposed to split up "couples" but the son wasn't invited in the first place.

Lol, this! Luckily, I haven't had much trouble with this...yet. My sister's friend (they keep "breaking up" and getting back together...like friends do) just called my mom to tell her how excited she is to come! Though...she never got an invite...? I think I'll just let her come, depending on whether her and my sister are friends or enemies that week lol!

We had a total of 8 uninvited guests added. Ugh!! I just let it go and let them come rather than make a big deal about it. But still people just don't think about how much their attendance costs!!

I would say just aunt, or all 3.. you can't really add someone who wasn't invited and not the second one who is their SO without it being TOTALLY obvious that you just plain don't want her there.

I had a bridal shower last month and there were quit a few people there that aren't invited to the wedding. (I had given my aunts the list of who was invitied to the wedding and should be invited to the shower) At the shower some made comments about including something in a wedding gift. Well they aren't invited to the wedding....what to do what to do?
