So among the usual boring stuff I registed for one of those silly plastic balls that you kick to make ice cream......tried to register for an actual banana hammock but FI but the stops on that plan ;)

anyone register for anything weird or funny?Kiss

    I registered for a Chargers football blanket for the FI (his favorite team). Not really weird or funny but I think it's different.

    I think the weirdest thing we have registered for (so far) is a step ladder. FI's idea.

    We actually need to register for some more stuff. We don't have enough currently.

    It's weird, because we don't live together and will need a lot of things, yet we can't seem to need anything else (unless, of course, someone wants to buy us furniture Wink)

    We registered for matching Kindles, because we're dorks.

    (I'm not expecting to get them, but we figured, hey!  If someone wants to buy us one, who are we to stop them?)

    i haven't registered yet. I'm not sure if we'll plan on registering for anything crazy. We have been not buying anything new in the last few years. We have mismatched dishes, silverware, towels are getting old.. sheets are getting old. We need everything!

    @dmw: matching kindles sounds super cute!

    ... okay I'm ignorant. "magic bullet"? I've only heard this in reference to ... certain brands of feminine hygiene products.

    Let's see, oddball things on our registry
    --Lips, the karaoke game
    --seltzer bottle and CO2 chargers for DIY selzter/soda water
    --Merck Manual . FIe asked me to take it down :(

    Also, "plastic balls that you kick to make ice cream" ... whuuuh? Never heard of these things ... can you post a link?

    I keep suggesting ice-cream maker and FIe glares at me saying "do you know how much work that is?". *sigh* ...

    FI and I registered for a traveling alcohol pack. It comes w/ two flasks, two shot glasses, and some other things and comes in a cute little pack for hiking and camping!!! Lol, it's a Target.

    Oh, and I know it sounds dirty Niq, but a Magic Bullet is one of those things that is like a mini food processor. You twist the top and it minces, chops, blends, whatever. There are infomercials. I want one too!!

    FI insisted that we register for lettuce knives at Macy's (yes, plural, he said that we needed two, although I'm not sure why) and also some of Macy's chocolates.  :)  I registered for a Wii at Target.

    We DID end up getting the lettuce knives AND the Wii, believe it or not!

    niq,  At first I thought she was talking about a sex toy, too.  :)  But it's actually a mini blender that makes smoothies and stuff really easily.  Not nearly as exciting, right?

    I don't really have any. Maybe a pinnaple corer and a margarita machine. I also registered for beach towels for the HM. That is it :)

    We registered for 2 bags of peanut m&m's.  We got both of them.  We also registered for these plastic cups with wrap around straws.  DH saw them and wanted them.  We did not get them though.  They were kind of fun.  :)
