I was at the JHM yesterday with my mom.  (We are moving forward in keeping them as our venue).  We picked out table linens and reception centerpieces -- i had no idea they had so options available for centerpieces!  Have you picked out yours already?  As far as table linens, what are you doing? :)

Hey! Sorry im a little late in responding.  I have been so busy lately and havent been on much.  For the linens I am going with the ivory cloths and chair covers which saved alot on the budget.  I chose a light pink (it was shimmery too!) bichon table runner and I chose black bichon chair sashes.  I never even saw their centerpieces since my florist is doing all of that for me for a good price.  But I think it is going to come together great.  I still need to decide if I want to upgrade the napkins and the linens on the specialty tables which I might but I need to make that decision closer to the wedding.  I might upgrade the napkins and other tables to black but its not a necessity so I need to see what the budget will allow once we get closer.

I couldn't believe how many linen choices they had though! I should have asked to see what type of centerpieces they had just so I could look but oh well... Tell me all about what you picked out!

Also.. We signed our contract with Lilly photography! You and a personal friend of mine suggested him and we clicked so I am really happy about that!

Very cool!  You and I are very similar with table linen choices!  We are doing the ivory table cloths, gold bichon table runner, and ivory chair covers.  I am actually going to get the chair covers from another vendor though because I felt JHM was too expensive compared to what i've been priced for by others.  My florist quoted me $45 per table for the 3 cylinders with water, roses, and floating candle.  I thought it was way too much so I asked Amanda how much they would do it for and she said $10 per table... we said SOLD! :)  We are doing half our tables with the 3 clyinders with floating candle and the other half with curly willow in large vases with flower buds and tealights hanging off the trees and flower petals at the bottom.. those are running me $65 a table, ouch! :)  But it is through my florist.   So now I just need to book the chair cover vendor and I should be done.

I am SO thrilled you went with Jiho!!  He is sooo fantastic, isnt he?  I talked to him a couple weekends ago for almost an hour and a half!  I feel like we are best friends, haha :)

He really is amazing! I'm excited to use him.  His prices are also great!

I'm glad your sticking with the mansion too!  I think we are the only two on here getting married there so it helps to swap ideas.

When you were at the mansion, did you notice if they have any type of holders for table numbers or anything?  I know its such a small detail for the tables but I'm trying to find holders.  Let me know if you noticed anything.
