  Oh nooooo, that's awful to hear.  I ended up going with a friend that lives out of the area however 2 local people I considered were Niki Fraser of Beauty n the Bride (http://www.beautynthebride.com/enter) and Shaune Hayes  (www.shadesofshaune.com). I hope something works out for you.

  When is your wedding? I am using PR at Partners and one of the stylists there does airbrush type makeup.  I can see if she is available if you woud like.

  I used Irina--- and LOVED LOVED LOVED her!
  
  I met her at Bobbi Brown in Nordstroms Tysons Corner.  She was great to work with- made me look natural, it stayed on, and she was affordable!

  We used Nena's Special Occasions Hair and Make-Up.  Nena is quite reasonable, and did an excellent job on both hair and make-up.

  I am using Aisha from Picture Perfect Makeup www.pictureperfectmakeupdc.com
  She is really professional and responsive over email and that made me feel way more confortable than I did with some others who also gave off a flaky vibe.
