Old Spaghetti Factory

Has anyone had their reception at the Old Spaghetti Factory? I'm thinking about it, but since our wedding is not until next September, I haven't scheduled a tour yet...I'd like to see some pictures or hear experiences if anyone's had their reception there or been to one...Thanks!

Not a reception, but went to a groom's dinner there, and I organized a work event there a couple years ago.  It's definitely a unique venue, but I'm not sure what their setup is like for a reception.  The decor is really cool, and their meals are very reasonably priced.

My only complaint about the groom's dinner is that I couldn't get spaghetti.  The couple had selected 2 options, and the kids could get spaghetti, but the adults couldn't.  I figured it's Old SPAGHETTI Factory....shouldn't spaghetti be automatic?

No...I looked into that. With groups, they give you 3 choices, then your guests choose from that. That's the one drawback, so I hope everyone will be happy with Fettuccini, Lasagna, or Chicken Marsala...I suppose if there are drinks are involved, no one will mind ;)

One of the brides on Bridezillas had her reception at the Minneapolis Old Spaghetti Factory.  It looked nice if you have a group small enough for their space.  Maybe you could find that episode online to see what it looks like all decorated?  The bride was actually from Blaine or something and she was a real doozy.

That one was great! That's where I got the idea-I didn't realize they had a banquet room until I saw it on tv :) What a crazy person!

I don't know of ANY reception location, restaurant or otherwise, that allows more than three options without paying an arm and a leg! :)

Also, a good friend had their grooms dinner there. I went really well! The service was good, the room was private only to our guests, and I enjoyed the simple, yummy and FILLING Italian food. As long as you have a smaller sized guestlist; you'll be fine.

Ps the other girls are being nice...that Bridezilla was BATSH*T CRAZY!!! They got an annulment the next day! And she treated my bakery like crap! I have had the best experience with Sweat Retreat in Edina. (They we're as pricey as I anticipated.)
