What are your plans for the week?

What's everyone up to this week?

Tonight is my Spanish final. I HAVE to do well so that I can pass the class. I freaking suck at Spanish so I am going to be studying a lot during the day today.

BF's mom went away this week, so I am packing up tonight and moving in with him for the week. It is going to be very nice living with him for the week and seeing him every day so I am looking forward to that.

This weekend, I am going to meet the new people I am going to be working with over the summer. I got a position as the Assistant Cheer Coordinator in the town over from mine! So I get to go meet all the other coaches and stuff this weekend. I am going to be the head coach of one of the teams and I get to take them to competition. I am beyond excited about it too.

And Sunday is graduation and my party! I can't wait to finally be done and party with my family. Everyone is going to be together and having a good time. We are also keeping it super classy with Pizza, Wings, and Beer. I am pumped!

So what is everyone else doing this week? Anything good that you are looking forward to?

Today, I plan on spending time with FI and maybe studying a little bit for my Civil Procedure final.  Tomorrow I'll be studying all day/night for Civil Procedure.  Wednesday is my Civil Procedure final.  After the final, I'll be good for a few hours (as I have therapy in the evening).  Then, my classmate is throwing a huge rager...in which I plan to get absolutely shitfaced.

Thursday will probably involve recovering, with or without a sippy cup.

    AND.THEN.I'M.FREE!!!!!!!!!!!!  AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

Your week sounds fantastic, CDE. Lots of fun stuff planned! Plus, you're graduating, and therefore I'm jealous haha.

I have class tonight (boo), and I'm hoping to get some reading for that class done between when it starts and when work ends. We'll see about that.

Thursday I have job training for my p/t after my f/t, so it's going to be a really freaking long day.

On Saturday, BF and I are going to participate in a flash mob I think, which I am looking forward to (of course, it depends on the weather/gas prices, because it involves a bit of a drive).

Other than that, it's a totally normal work-week.

Just filed unemployment, and it sucked.  I hate hate hate hate taking handouts, but I need it to pay my rent.

Now I need to register for the Florida teacher's exam so I can get certified to become a teacher - I'm trying to get a position for this fall, though I'm not sure what I'll do in the meantime.

Also on my to-do list today is to clean the house as FSIL and FMIL show up tomorrow.  FMIL is staying until Saturday, and FSIL is staying until early August.  FI gets back late July, so it's like I have a roommate for the summer, which is actually good since I HATE living alone, it's so boring.  I also hate cooking for just one person since it's such a hassle.

I also have to grocery shop, clean out the fridge, pick up dry cleaning, deposit some checks from my part-time job.  Hmmm.... exercise?  Do laundry, register for the local community college so I can take the needed classes to become certified as a teacher.

    Busy week!

Off today (just tutoring) and...summer semester starts tomorrow.  :)
Then 8 weeks of teaching and I'm off for a few more weeks!  I'm also teaching a class on online teaching this semester, so I'm kinda excited for that (except the group project?  Cause even as an instructor, I hate group projects!)

Got back from Chincoteague last night though :)  We had an awesome time!  Although another vacationer came up to us and said: "um, you're pretty young.  Why the heck are you HERE?!"  (so apparently only old people and people with kids come to Chincoteague...oops)

I have zero idea where I want to go on our summer vacay.  Chicago was the plan but that's a REALLY long drive.  I don't think Atlanta would compare to Chicago though...and BF's mom sounds like she wants us to go to NY (not that I have a problem with NY, but going to NY for me is relative visiting...not vacation, ya know?)

Today is lunch with FI, then picking up kids at 1.  I have a birthday party to get one ready for (including buying and wrapping a present), and lacrosse for the other one.  So, dinner and all that stuff will have to be done...and tonight I'm going to Baltimore to see FI for a friend's birthday.

I pick up kids from school, make dinner and prep for practice Tues, Wed and Thurs.

Wednesday morning may be shopping with Grandma...Thursday morning I'm taking my grandparents to Baltimore to drop them off for their cruise, and then chilluns at 330.

Friday is FI's graduation, so I'm off work and heading to Georgetown for his ceremony at 330.

Not yet scheduled - I still need to make an OB/GYN appt for new BC before I lose insurance, and I need to deal with my grad school issues (calls to university where I've been accepted, talking to other prof who couldn't take me this year)

That is awesome! I would love to see one in action, and also to be a part of one at some point in time. Have you seen the new cell phone commercial where the guy in the train station starts breaking out dancing and everyone stares at him. He then stops and looks at his phone and it's a text that says "Flash mob moved to 12:30" Hahaha, it's too funny!!

I love weekends of FI and I "playing house". Hope you two have a blast.

Nothing too interesting here, FI has an interview in about an hour and then he flies home tonight. I know he's a shoe in but I'm still extremely nervous for him. Other than that, I just have class Tuesday and Thursday and work M-W-F. I'm hoping for a nap this afternoon since I only got about 4 hours of sleep and it was pretty crappy sleep between FI on the computer all night and him driving me home before he went to work.

I have my weekly routine stuff- work, gym, church stuff.

Tomorrow night some hair stylists are going to be at my favourite coffee shop doing a featherlock event... I kind of want to go to that!

Friday I'm probably out for the evening to do some roleplaying. Saturday is spa morning with my little sister, and we might go shopping after that. Then a date night with BF finally :) it's been forever since we've been able to go out!

Cali, so sorry about the unemployment stuff. I'm sure everything will fall into place

Blue And White, Specking as someone who grew up in the Atlanta area, it does not compare to Chicago (where my mother is from and I still have family there). I love ATL, but the best part of this city are the hidden gems and local places/restaurants/concerts. Sure you could go to the world of coke, the High museum, Margaret Mitchell House, etc, but Chicago is much better for short trips for touristy things and impromptu Jazz clubs and stalking Oprah and lakefront picnics.

loves2shop4shoes, CivPro was my worst subject ever. I hated it, so I know what you are talking about. Get good and wasted at the rager! Have so much fun!

This week I'm uploading a few documents for a career fair I'm going to attend in late July (the 2 days after I take the bar). I'm gonna read and write a little and spend some quality time with BF before I go into hibernation studying. Just taking it easy. Watching some movies, enjoying the unseasonably cool weather here in the South. Excellent.

FI is going out of town for business for 11 days so I have to keep myself entertained.

I'm going wedding dress shopping for the first time this weekend and I'm absolutely terrified. I really don't want to spend a lot of money, and I'm convinced that anything in my budget is going to look hideous. Blah.

MON-try to relax with BF tonight because he's gone Tuesday - Thursday.
TUES-big strategic planning meeting for the org I'm president of
WED-FRI Try not to die of boredom at work.

To answer the rest of your question, this is my to do list for the week -

    - Starting today, do 30 Day Shred every day, along with normal gym schedule.
    - Have salad for lunch every day, no excuses.
    - Bring healthy snacks to work for when salad just isn't enough, like apple slices and peanut butter or celery sticks with Laughing Cow cheese.
    - No alcohol at all except for previously decided plans on weekend nights.
    - Try a spray tan for the first time to see if I will like it for the wedding BF and I are going to in June.
    - Make exceptional birthday dinner for FBIL and wrap his presents/get a card.
    - Send graduation card to friend graduating from her MSW program.
    - Re-try on bridesmaid dress for a friend's wedding and do not have a meltdown if I am still fitting in the same size as I did in February.

Wednesday- Going to see Bridesmaids with some girlfriends!

Today I went in to work to set up my remote desktop then I came home sick.  I am now working...ish...from home.  I have a 5:30 meeting for the HUGE marathon that is this weekend (I'm on the organizing committee) and then I'm going to bed EARLY.

Tomorrow is website updates for work (from home or from work).  Rest of the week is prep for the marathon.  Saturday is Youth Race day and Sunday is FULL marathon day.  There will be over 10,000 people on the streets of DT and I will be doing media/PR/etc.  PUMPED.

And now I'm about to be a TK PW and eat nachos.  Good day...except for the sick part.

Today - Laundry, it's loads of fun! (haha, bad joke, me so funny.)
    - Worked out hardcore like early this morning
    - clean house
    - Mom and Dad will be here in 2 hours to visit with me for the day. I think I'll take them either wine tasting in Sonoita or to Kartchner Caverns to go caving

Tuesday - work. boooo.  (I work about 13 hours a day... so by the time I come home I have about 1 hour until I am dead to the world, whether I am fed or not.)

Wednesday - 2nd interview for the job I want!
    - AND AND AND 1 year anniversary with BF. I am excited, but pretending all the engagement rings in the world were stolen by pirates. All I know is that we're going out to eat to the same steak house we went to on our first date. :)

    Thursday - work. boooo.

Friday - work again. double boooo.

Saturday - taking BF's 8 year old niece to the zoo and a movie
