Not into details....but I love the fact that how he wants to be involved.

We originally decide on a wedding party of 6 (3 on each side) the other night he came to me and asked if we could add one more, because he wants a close friend to stand up with him as well, I had a hard enough time picking my three so i said sure you can have four and I will have three I am fine with uneven numbers. He flat out refused and said well who is my fourth person going to escort he cant walk alone, we will have a traditional wedding party, I love how traditional he wants to be with all of this. He is even taking his lunch tomorrow so we can sign the contract for our reception venue!! :)

Ok I'm finished gleaming now :):) So excited to marry him!!!!

    I agree. I am having a VERY traditional wedding and I have an uneven bridal party.
    Two girls are going to walk back with the bset man. I am having the girls walk Down the aisle alone- which is pretty common.

    my FI was set on having even sides too. though that's more cuz he's OCD (not literally) and things bug him when they arent lined up perfectly haha.

    OP it is SO much more fun when FI has input.  I will say that my FI was so much more into it in the beginning, but after a few months, he got tired of wedding talk (and visiting 15+ venues). haha... so every few days now we schedule some time to talk about a certain piece of it so he can prepare. we do a little research together so i can get an idea of what he likes, and then i go ahead and do the leg work.  It works perfectly cuz FI can have input without having to deal with the stress of the finicky details and 'girly bride' stuff.

    speaking of details, he offered and is currently photoshopping a cake together so we can tell the cake place what we want! gotta love a talented man. =)

    I understand that uneven sides are traditional, but i just find it funny that he wants the "normal" (well normal to him) hahah
