Oh this should be fun -.-

Order shoes
Order haircomb
Order wine box
Make tissue flower poms
Order white christmas lights
Print other half of invites, assemble, print envelopes, send or hand deliver
Hire student videographer
Meet with baker
Food tasting
Decide on dessert table and appetizers
Buy liquor for reception
Alterations (not to mention find WHERE will be best to get them done)
FI rent tux
Hair and makeup trial
Decide if having ceremony programs and make
Wedding bands
Civil ceremony (required to do before church wedding)
Make music list and figure out how ceremony music will be played
Decide if DIY toasting flutes
Make mini envelopes for escort cards
Make table numbers and holders
Order guestbook
Finalize day of timeline
Dance lessons for FI and I
Choose F/D dance song and see if we still do our choreography plan..!
Seating chart
Figure out if I really want to spend that much on that birdcage or do something else for a cardbox
Make petal cones
Make corsages, bouts and BM bouquets
Decide if we'll have favors
Photog and video list
Maybe making signs to the venue

I know there's more on a list I left at work lol. AND this is all while we're trying to set up house before my family gets here!!!

I think I saw yours - are they the ones that say "Welcome to our Wedding"? How big are they? I don't want ours to be too big because I don't want to have to put too much stuff in them. Making so many of them SUCKS.

Also, I know, I'm kind of having a freak-out day.

Get stamps for invitations and Response cards
Mail invitations
Order food and cake (doing this in June when we go to our venue)
Order bags for MOH tote
Buy stuff to go in MOH tote
Buy gifts for parents (my parents and FI parents)

I think that is it. I am thinking about writing a welcome letter for our guests that says thank you for taking time to come down and celebrate with us and giving information about the history of Jekyll Island with some info on restaraunts and things to do while on the island.

Freaking out, but here goes:

Dress alterations (first fitting is Sunday!)

FI suit

Bridesmaid dress (going Saturday, and I only have one as my brother is MOH)

MOB and MOG dresses

Address and mail invites

Rehearsal anything...We cannot use venue as they have another event

Finish brooch bouquet

Figure out accessories (head, bracelet, ears)

Figure out ceremony music

Do not and must play list for DJ

Finalize centerpieces for all tables-get burlap runners

order cake topper

Finalize timeline-thankfully almost done with this one.

Whoo boy, I need to get on it!

Alterations for me. The men have to buy or rent their suits still, going flower-girl dress shopping tomorrow (yay!) and ring bearer suit shopping. Those are the "big" things for next little bit witha ton of other things to follow.

In order (I think):

-Book transportation (FI finally got prices, now we just have to figure out which place to book.)

-Order wedding rings (FI started working on this, so this will be done probably by Monday)

-Finish addressing invitations

-Send invitations

-First dress fitting/buy undergarments

-Decide what to write in the programs and print and assemble them

-Buy WP gifts

-Finalize ceremony music and reception music

-Finalize our menu

-Purchase marriage license

-Decide on linens/napkins

-Purchase items for OOT guest bags and assemble them

-Contact (at some point) florist, band, photographer, videographer to go over important details

I think that's everything?? Probably forgetting things!
