MG's Who Used GT Modern Creations

Have any of you gotten your videos back? Not your highlight videos- your full-length DVDs.  It's been almost 7 months for me, and I'm starting to get nervous.  I've contacted them several times, and the last time they didn't get back to me.

  • I'm not using them, but I wouldn't be nervous . . . yet.  This is the end of what must be one of their busiest seasons (April, May, June) and I'm sure they're just a little overwhelmed by the volume of work.  I've seen other similar posts about photographers every now and then and it always clears up as things calm down.

    That said, every message into any vendor should ALWAYS result in a response.

    Are they posting new work to their blog?  If so, than it's probably just a matter of asking them to make you the priority that you deserve to be by this time.  If there is no new activity on their blog, than I'd be concerned.
  • I can't really help you bc I just hired them for my wedding in less than 2 months. I did talk to Gabriel a few days ago and they have been posting new blogs. So they are def still in business. This does worry me though because I don't want to wait forever for my video!
  • I only got married 2 mo ago, so I also can't help, but I wouldn't be too worried. They regularly post highlights ever few weeks, so it's clear that they are moving ahead. I don't have my contract with me at work, but what does yours say regarding timeline? 
  • When I booked with them they said that since it's just the two of them it can sometimes take longer especially in the heart of wedding season. I wouldn't worry.
  • Thanks ladies! I know they are so busy and they were so  professional on the day of and leading up, so for those of you who have booked them, don't worry about that at all! I'll just keep waiting I guess.
