RSVP Card Food Choice dilemma!

We are having a buffet that includes both chicken and beef, however, the caterer said that he will accomidate anyone who is a vegetarian. How would I word that on my RSVP card?

    I'm confused. If it is a buffet, why do people need to choose ahead of time? I thought that was just for plated dinners. We didn't have to do that with our buffet. There is a post 2 down from here with the same question that people had some suggestions in, though.
    What did you think would happen if you walked up to a group of internet strangers and told them to get shoehorned by their lady doc?~StageManager14

    Maybe mention buffet dinner on the reception card and put a * with a note saying to contact you with any special accomodations necessary.
