  If you're willing to give it a try, the Aveda Institute has great prices.  I went this past week and got a full leg and bikini; they were fast and did a great job.

  I go to Kalla Lily in Coon Rapids but they have a Maple Grove location too.  Very reasonable and professional, it's one of the best I've found in the Cities.
