Need Country Chic Caterer, Lancaster PA

Help!  I'm city, he's country.  We booked Pheasant Run Bed & Breakfast for May 2011.  He would like country picnic style food, i.e. whole hog, pulled pork.  I'm okay with that as long as it still feels chic.  Does anyone know any good caterers in the Lancaster area to help fill both our needs?

The only BBQ type caterer I know of Hess' Barbeque (they are on the preferred vendors list from Lime Spring Farm- a pretty upscale venue in Lancaster, so I'm sure it would still feel chic if you work with them). I've never used them or had their food, but their staff was very nice on the phone and Lime Spring highly recommended them. Good luck!

Yea, I don't know about chic...  Our wedding is at Pheasant Run this August and we are using George's Famous BBQ from Red Lion.  The other option was Tri-County BBQ in Lancaster, but once they didn't show up to the first appointment they dropped on my list.  I'm looking forward to the BBQ but I couldn't stand the idea of a pig roast.  FI would've loved it though...  Lots of caterers have picnics menus, but we wanted authentic BBQ.  Rettew's in Manheim was great to meet and they seem to do anything...

Try SEI Catering.  They make their food w/ local stuff.  They are reasonably priced (VERY reasonable).  I really have my heart set on Phesant Run for my wedding but they haven't got back to me yet.  Can you give me a hint as to what their prices were like?
