This past weekend Mike and I were lucky enough to sit for an amazing photo shoot at Yale with talented photog Shannon Sorenson. We never had e-pics, so we have no pro pics of us besides our wedding :( Shannon came up with the idea of shooting at Yale (where I went to grad school and Mike and I lived for a bit) and Mike and I jumped at the chance! I love love love them and I can barely wait to put them in frames!!

    Great pics!  We just booked Shannon for our rehearsal dinner/welcome party and I am so excited!!

    Oooh!  The slideshow finally loaded for me.  They are great!  I like the one where you're sitting on the steps of the Rep.  I also like the ones on Cross Campus and at the Old Campus gate.  That view of Cross Campus was the same as from my room sophomore year (in Berkeley college)--you can see my old window behind you in one of the pics!

    These made my day :).  You look great!

    awww thanks Money! I thought you would get a kick out of these... That is so funny that we have a piece of Money in our pics! I like the one of us in front of the AYA building too :)

    LOVE. I was going to page you on E and tell you but I hadn't seen you around today.

    I've been secretly toying with the idea of having Shannon do a TTD shoot for me. It poured on our wedding day and we were so short on time. I still haven't seen our pics (yeah, I know, WTF?) but I'm already thinking of all the beautiful shots I'm not going to have otherwise.

    Opal - Thanks so much! Although, I have had my head buried in work all day - Plus, the above average onslaught of "who do I invite" and "no kids" posts made me particularly wary.

    I think a TTD would be SO awesome. I can give you Shannon's email if you would like... but in the meantime - boo urns to no pro pics yet!

    Those are soooooo fabulous!  You look so pretty, Meg.  And I LOVE the red heels - gorgeous!

    I want to do a TTD shoot, too.  But I don't want to trash my dress :-(

    You can do a TTD without actually trashing! You just take a lot of fun shots in places you wouldn't have done on your wedding day. I don't want to ruin my dress either since I'm hoping to sell.

    Meaghan, go ahead and send me her email. Not sure when I'll get around to having them done, but it wouldn't hurt to get in touch.

    Such gorgeous photos! I also wore a yellow cardigan for my photos :) Your smile is stunning in all of the photos and Mike looks so in love! They are perfection! I also love the heels! Thanks for sharing!!

    I admit the bright sweater was a game time decision. I was going to go with more subdued colors, but I figured, hey, I always wear bright colors so why not just be me?

    Late as usual, I finally got a chance to look at all the pics---LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!!!!  They are sooooo great!  Shannon did an A-MAZING job!!!!!  Soooo super talented!  :)  And you & Mike are so fricken adorable together!  You both look so happy & relaxed & like you were having an absolute blast!  YAY!!!!!!
