    B - yogurt
    L - scrambled eggs, potatoes, canteloupe, toast w/jam
    D - TBD, eating at my parents' house
    S - pear w/PB, skim milk

    E - running assorted wedding errands all day after class, so I probably won't have time for anything.

  • Well, I think I've discovered part of the reason my squats have been sucking so badly lately.  I took a video during last nights workout and I can see quite clearly where my back starts to round out at the bottom.  Time to work on my flexibility/mobility!

    B: whole wheat english muffin w/ natural PB and a banana, coffeeeeeee
    S: tangerine's and a string cheese
    L: left over brown rice pasta w/ homemade sauce and chicken
    S: chip cut carrots and hummus
    D: TBD, I need to get groceries tonight.

    E: ??  I'd lke to do something!

    B: 1 scrambled egg, fat free cheese, canadian bacon, 1 cup chocolate milk
    L: Lean Cusine BBQ pizza
    S: Apple or pita and hummus
    D: Probably a Wawa buffalo chicken wrap on my way to band reherasal
    Des: Weight Watchers raspberry choclate bar...yummy!

    E: 40 min on the elliptical and arc machine this AM, 2 hours of band reherasal tonight (standing, singing, jumping, it takes a lot out of me, heh)

  • heyyyyyyy. My FI is home on vacation hanging out with our fur baby and playing drums, I wish I was home with him chilling in my pj's --sigh.....

    B: was going to be instant oatmeal, but I grabbed the plain one and had no honey to add to it at work... so 2 mini (and I mean mini) pumpkin muffins, and a banana
    S: yogurt
    L: Boca spicy chik'n sandwich, pear
    D: Vegetable soup, side salad, and 1 pc garlic toast.

    B: WW waffle, nutella with flax seed, strawberries
    S: Nutrigrain bar
    L: 2 hardshell tacos
    S: String cheese
    D: Spinach and mixed greens salad with chicken, apple, craisins, walnuts and probably a few more things. 

    E: Cardio kickboxing this morning for 1 hour then possibly 30ds tonight depending on how I feel.

    So my dinner last night ended up being a post workout Shakeology smoothie! My fiance is doing P90X so he had some of the chocolate flavor in our pantry. Anyway, I mixed it with bananas, frozen blueberries, almond butter, almond milk, and spinach and it was awesome!

    B: Soy sausage english muffin w/cheese, tomato, avocado
    L: Salad again
    S: apple and pita chips w/hummus
    D: grilled portobello mushrooms, quinoa, asaparagus

    E: nothing official...laundry, gardening, and dog walking

    ps. I started using myfitnesspal.com at the beginning of the week and its great! I have realized a few things about the way I eat (much more fat in avocados and nuts than i realized) It's a great tool!

    Allycat: waffles with nutella, flaxseed and strawberries sound amazing! I'll def be trying that for breakfast (or dessert) in the near future!

    Seriously it is fantastic.  I get sick of every breskfast I try, but I've been on this one for a few weeks and still love it.  It helps with my EXTREME sweet tooth and keeps me full. I struggle with breakfast foods because they rarely keep me full.  Kashi waffles were the best but are temporarily discontinued until they create a batter that is compatible with their new ovens. So I decided to add flax seed to add more nutrition to it.
