  You need to book your tickets in the name on your ID you will be using (driver license, passport etc), so you should book in your maiden name.  Unless you are planning on delaying your HM, you won't have time to make name change. Wait until you get back to do name change.

  If you're going right after the wedding, you must book your trip in your maiden name to match your id.

  that was how I figured I'd end up doing it.  I did look to see if there was a similar post but couldn't seem to find one. oh well.
