Another reason to go with a smaller place is in case the roommate moves out and you are stuck paying the rent on a place you can't afford. It's just better to be safe.

But speaking of being crabby, I told MyNameIsNot to lighten up over on the R&G board and I'm anticipating the retaliation. Do any of you 'know' her? I never see her post except to tell someone that whatever they're doing is wrong/rude/tacky. She seems the eternally crabby poster.

Yea, if she ever had to move out we would be screwed!!

I doubt she would she is so responsible. Way more than me!! She puts all her money in savings and never spends a dime unless she has too.

I am a huge fan of Jodi Picoult. I balled my eyes out when I read My Sisters Keeper, never saw the movie though because I was told it totally lost everything that was good in the book.
