  I really like As good as it get's catering, they are easy to work with and think of the overlooked details like special diets,clean up etc . http://affordableportlandcatering.com/ I also love Brandy Zimmerman at Lavena B. Vintage rentals. http://lavenabvintage.com/ She was an event planner at a place with poor upper management so opened her own rental shop and helps with a lot of the planning and coordinating. She has helped me reign things in and has given me a lot of contacts and ideas. I'm actually going to have my engagement pics done at her place because it's so darn perfect!
