  According to all of the information I researched on this subject before my wedding, all of the "traditions" (from something old, new, borrowed, blue to the groom standing on the right side) all come from superstition. So .. it's really up to you. It's not so much about the title, but what you would want them to help you with on your wedding day? You can give them each a different thing to help with.
  The only thing that's required to make a marriage legal is exchanging vows.
  The other things you do at your wedding is what makes it memorable and special.

  Are they the only ones in your BP?  If so just leave them all as BM and, if they ask, tell them what you told us.

  I totally agree with jagore - if you don't have anyone else in your BP I would leave them all as bridesmaids. 
  But....... if you do have other people in your BP then my first thought (without knowing you or your relationship with your sisters) would be to have my twin be my MOH.

  I agree with dawn...I think i would pick my twin but it depends on your relationship with her...but I would pick her because she's the one that was born with you and the one who was with you through your mom's pregnancy...like she's really the one who's been with your from day 1. that is so cute!

  I have 2 sisters, and we're all equally close, so we're rotating Older sister is mine, I will be younger sister's (she just got engaged last month), and little sister will be older sister's- yep, I'm the middle!
  
  I don't know your relationship with your sisters, but this was an easy way for us to do it.

  thanks for the advise ladies...
  my oldest sister has been married for 11 yrs now, so the rotaing thing is out... theres 6 bm total. i came to the conclusion of having all 3 of my sisters be my MOH's. im all for tradtiton... except in this case. im only doing this once and i want to make sure it exactly what i want! thanks again

  You know there's a really great book that I got that gives you excellent advice on who should be your maid of honor, matrine of honorand brides maides as well as there roles each sister can and will have a special place in your wedding. They suggest your maid of honor is someone who is already married so if your oldest sister has been married for 11yrs she's the perfect choice
  
  Matrine of Honor can be one of your other sister's
  
  My best advice seriously pick up this book it gives you so much information and help in every area of planning your wedding
  
  Bride's Book of Etiquette by the editors of Brides Magazine
