Has anyone used the band Arcadia or been to a wedding where they played? They were fantastic at a showcase I attended.  I'd appreciate any feedback.  Many thanks!!

    We saw them at a showcase and thought they were awful. I've never heard a band butcher songs so badly in my life.

    The showcase was in May at East Wind. We're using a DJ b/c I have a very, we'll say eclectic, taste in music and I want to hear some of my favorite songs that I doubt a band would play. Tommy's Tunes in Selden is ours. Got a great lighting package with MC, ceremony and cocktail hour music too. Plus they're doing zap shots during the whole reception.

    I haven't seen Arcadia, but I did go to a lot of showcase before we hired our band.  We booked Soul Revival right after their showcase b/c they were fabulous!  I highly recommend them, they also came recommended on here by a bunch of people too.
