Ceremony Music

I need some suggestions on ceremony music.  I am getting married at the Inn on Peaks Island, and would like a live violin duet but having troubling finding one.  Does anyone have any suggestions and what are you doing for music at your wedding?  Thanks for the help!

    I've been wondering about the same thing.  In order to keep costs down, I think we will just have our DJ play some pre-recorded ceremony appropriate music.  Also, a dear friend of the family may sing a song for us, but she hasn't decided if she can do it or not.  We are having just a quick JP ceremony so we really only need intro and exit music.

    We are having a pianist for live music.  We got this live music/DJ package.  They said they recommend piano because you only need one no matter how big your wedding.

    Sorry I can't help you with music, since my DJ also does live ceremony music. But I am getting married at the inn on Peaks too!! I am so excited, when is your wedding?

    I hired a classical guitarist to play at our ceremony. We are paying $300 for 1/2 hour of prelude music, the ceremony,  and a ten minute postlude. This is definitely one of the elements of our wedding that I'm most excited about.

    i am also looking to have live music and getting married on Peaks.  I am thinking live guitarist or violin.  I might check out craigslist.  I'll let you know if i find anyone

    We might possibly have live music, but if not then we will just be using a recording of the songs we have chosen.
