Seasons Upstairs Room

For those who married in Seasons upstairs room or attended a wedding upstairs, did the room have a nice feel to it? Spacious? Was it convenient to use the elevator? Did you clash with the other party taking place in their main ballroom, especially in the lobby?

Re: Seasons Upstairs Room

  • I went to a party at Seasons in the upstairs room and was going to have my wedding in that room (before they showed me the grand ballroom downstairs and offered me a Sunday in that room and I could'nt say no... lol). But, we didn't clash at all with the party downstairs.  We never knew that there was another party going on downstairs.  I liked it enough to want to have my wedding there, in that room.  It has a large feel to it, because they have that whole other room where they do the cocktail hour.  Seasons does such a great job with their parties, so I think you would be very happy if you ended up booking the upstairs room!

  • I went to a wedding there. If there was another party downstairs never noticed it. I used the stairs so don't know about the elevator, but there were people I know that could not climb the stairs who got upstairs so they must have one. The lights they have really made the room come alive. Cocktail hour was amazing. Just starting out the planning process here.
  • I literally just booked the upstairs room for our September 20, 2014 wedding last week! I was wondering the same thing but Carl assured us that it would be impossible for both brides to cross paths. Since I booked first, I got to choose my start time, which is 6:30 pm. Whoever books the same date for the downstairs room would have to start their wedding at 7:00 or later.
