Social Security Office Question

I'm planning on hitting up the Social Security office tomorrow to get this whole name change ball rolling but can't find any info on their website about what I need to bring.  Obviously my marriage license and photo ID but do I also need to bring my old social security card?  Birth certificate?  I want to make sure I only have to make one trip.  TIA!

    Do you have a passport?  All I took was my DL, passport, marriage certificate, and I filled out the app prior to going.

    Was just there a few days ago - needed marriage license and either drivers license or passport.  Didn't need the old social security card or the form.  They fill out the form on the computer for you!

    Our SSA office required the form to be filled out prior to seeing them.






    What differentiates an average host and a great host is anticipating unexpressed needs and wants of their guests.  Just because the want/need is not expressed, doesn't mean it wouldn't be appreciated.
