Strapless Bras?

Hi Ladies!

I bought my dress last weekend (yay!) but I'm already stressing about finding the perfect strapless bra. I typically hate strapless bras and feel like none of them are comfortable or complimentary to me.

I'd love to hear if any of you have found what you consider to be the most amazing strapless bra ever so I can at least start there in my search for something I'll love and feel good in.

Thanks!

I hate strapless bras too. I was considering having cups strewn into my dress until I gained weight and didnt have enough room. Have you thought about those?

There is a strapless bra from David's Bridal that is not only comfortable, but it makes me look like I've got bigger boobies, and it does not slip at all.  I love it.  Here's a link to it, it's the same one I'm wearing under my strapless gown.

I bought a Maidenform bustier to wear under my dress because I was originally looking for something I could wear with a low back.

You should talk with a seamstress if you are unsure. Mine actually told me she doesn't like sewing cups in the dresses and bustiers are better because they help hold in your stomach and the extra boning helps hold your boobs up better than a normal strapless bra.

    Good luck!

If you're on the bustier side (like I am), try Bravissimo.  They're located in Europe though, so the shipping costs are killer, but their products are only D+.  I only feel comfortable in their garments.

Mine looks just like the one Janet (above) gave you a link for, except I got mine at Dillards and the brand is Felina.  I definitely suggest a longline strapless becuase I think with a regular strapless bra you will have to worry about fixing it and pulling it up all the time.

The best bra's are Walcoal. I only wear those bras. They make an awesome strapless bra that aren't those tube top ones. They sell them at Nordstrom and Macys. They are a little pricy but so worth it. I don't even mind wearing mine and I am big chested and was never able to find a good strapless bra.

Chantelle!! I have a 38DD bust (ugh) :) and it I swear it stays in place so well!!

But for your dress I would consider the bustier kind of bra as it will help streamline your waist and keep your bust in place...if you cant wear a bustier on your wedding night I dont know WHEN you can! :)
