I'm not a tiara wearing type of girl, I think it would look awkward on me. I'm thinking of doing something like this.

I vote for a headband as well. I'm not really into the whole tiara thing.

Shoebie, I didn't wear one, and usually I am not a fan of them, but I think your dress is totally Tiara worthy ;)

Maybe you can find one from a place that will allow you to return, so you can try it on with your dress and see how you feel, if you don't like it take it back.

Not a fan of that look on brides -- you aren't a princess and it isn't your quinceanera -- so I never considered doing it.

Other options: hair pin, flower in hair.  I think both could be done with short hair.

Honestly, your dress has a lot going on, so I would think doing a tiara on top of that would be a lot of look.  I'd keep things simple up top to balance the busy-ness of what's going on in your dress.

I agree. I think of Sweet 16 when I think of a tiara.

I think it really depends on the tiara. I wore one, but it wasn't anything ridiculous. I think it really completed the look of the veil:

I will be wearing a headband.  I am not a fan of the Tiara's but a headband I think is fine.

I actually just got my tiara yesterday and I LOOOOVE it, took me a while but it was exactly what I was looking for. Go for whatever makes you feel special and beautiful on your day. I am pro-tiara but I also love the others girls' ideas as I know its not for everyone, i love the headbands and clips etc so I guess I am pro-bling! LOL

I am wearing my mom's veil and hers has a cap to it, I don't think it would look right on me but I think they look very pretty!
