Also I saw a bumper sticker on a car that said "I drive like a Cullen" which didn't make any sense because it was on a jeep and not a volvo, they were driving really slow, and they were not glittering in the sun.

The shape of the shoe is pretty and all but it's the same shape that you can get from a million other designers that are just as nice but less expensive.

However I don't really care if someone spends money on shoes or whatever.

I honestly don't care one way or the other. Those shoes are definitely NMS -- Manolos or not -- but I thought it was kind of silly that she refused to name the designer in FFTh (out of some sense of e-modesty?), but then did the whole winkwink nudgenudge thing at other SBers who named them for her. Blarg.

D'Orsay pumps (like the ones aprove has) are very tricky, you have to have just the right shape and width of foot, otherwise they accentuate them poorly. Like miniskirts, but for your feet. A miniskirt may be cute, but not on everyone.
