I went to a Hawaiian cooking class on Saturday and it was lots of fun. After the class I talked to the woman about doing some food for our AHR. I've talked to her some more and she's going to do it! She'll make everything and then drop it off at my house the morning of the AHR. She's making kalua pork on sweet rolls, satay chicken skewers, fruit kabobs and mac salad. She's even going to deliver it all to us. I'm going to pick up three kinds of veggie sushi to add to it, as well as Hawaiian potato chips and macadamia nuts. My mom will be making chicken pot stickers for it, too.
