For those of you using magnet STD's

Hi everyone! I'd like to send magnet STD's, but haven't a clue on who does them, and does them well. I'm trying to get some ideas going. If you didn't order yours from someone local (unless you live in Kalamazoo, MI :] ), can you let me know where you got yours? About how long did they take to come in after you ordered them? Thanks much!

I designed ours in photoshop and uploaded them to VistaPrint. I got an e-mail for 50 free magnets, so I placed 3 seperate orders to get the amount I needed. It was really inexpensive (I just paid shipping) and the quality was good.

I've received a couple from Magnetstreet.com that are cute, but I think Vistaprint is a much cheaper option!
  • I used Magnetstreet.com for my STD magnets and my Invites.  I was very satisfied with how both turned out!!

  • Another semi-related question: are the STD's and the invites supposed to look the same as far as the template and everything goes? I kind of like the idea of them being the same design, and I'm assuming that these companies would be able to do that? I've just started looking through the magnet templates.

If that's what you want, that's fine, but I don't think its necessary. Kind of like rehearsal dinner vs the reception: they can be very different.

We got our magnet STDs through magnetqueen.com, I had them photoshop pictures of us when we were little into once cohesive photo, which were amazing. It was $200 for us to get 175 of them but I am very very happy with the quality of the results.

I agree Vistaprint is probably cheaper than MagnetStreet but we wound up ordering from MagnetStreet b/c they were the only ones who had the design we wanted & I'm not creative enough to put one together to upload in Vistaprint!
