  Would you consider creating monogram stickers to stick no your bags or boxes?  That's a good option I think.

  If you use paper (or otherwise one-time use) bags, you could order a stamp, labels, embosser, etc.  If you're using a reusuable bag (like a canvas shopping bag), I would maybe reconsider getting them printed with the monogram because they'll be less likely to be put to good use after -- would you want to carry around a bag with someone else's wedding monogram on it?  You could order favor tags from a stationer though to tie around the handles.

  monogram stickers are the way too go! I wouldnt spend too much money on custom monogrammed bags..How many of your guests would actually use a tote bag w/ your monogram on it after the wedding weekend? no offense - im all about the monogram - had it everywhere (lol) but i wouldnt give my OOT guests monogrammed totes!
  
  Get the cute lil shopping bags, tie your colored ribbon, and make some monogram stickers on the middle and everyone is a happy camper!
  
  Your guests will say "omg look how cute!"

  I made my own stickers for my invitation closure on www.zazzle.com. See if they have big stickers or labels!
  
  Or you can just buy labels at Staples or something and print your own!

  i made my own - just get the Avery Full Label sheet at staples/office max and copy and paste your monogram on this - i can send you mine - i set up 2x2 squares on my sheet and centered the monogram in each square and printed this...
  then cut along the lines and peeled the label and stuck it on the bag
  
  if you want my template and all you have to do is change my monogram to yours, email me cher1980 @ optonline.net - and ill send it to you!
