  I'm good. DH was convinced it would be this weekend, but alas, no.
  
  Went to the doc this morning. Everything looks good. Still at 1cm.

  Interestingly, my OB won't be doing internal checks at all. I asked him and he said that 1) he doesn't exactly have small hands and didn't want to put me through that and 2) there was no reason to check. Some women are 3cm without being in labor and some rupture their membranes without being dialated at all. I really like this doc. It could have gone so much worse having to change OB's 2/3 of the way through my pergnancy.

  Yeah, the dilation means virtually nothing. I'm not sure why they check.
  
  And you're only missing out on some pain by skipping the internal check. It is not a fun experience.

  Erg. I'm in enough discomfort as it is. I'm glad he's not doing internal checks. I see him again in 2.5 weeks and then probably go into the weekly regime. They'll switch my blood thinner at 37 weeks.

  I know, I'm so happy to be close to the end. Pregnancy hasn't been awful, but I'm ready to just have him, you know?

  This weekend totally got me into the whole "I'm enjoying this but I"m over it" mode. My back is on fire and sleeping isn't happening anymore.
