  I had an appointment this evening and finally chose my wedding dress! I've been working on mock ups of our STDs, still trying to decide which design I like most. My FSIL, my mom, and I are all going on a little weekend wedding planning trip tomorrow. She's marrying my brother in August so we've been able to do a lot of the planning and brainstorming together!

  I have a small amount of items left on the GL to verify (formal name vs. nickname, SO name, address, etc) and then I will be done done done with that mess.  I put all my guest info into a spreadsheet that covers everything I will need for each guest all the way thru post wedding for gifts.  

  
  

  I got so stinkin excited when I saw that postable (if you ladies have not organized your addresses on this website you are missing out) exports your address list into just about ANY format you want.  It may have been the wine, but I was so happy to see that it exports to a format compatable wiht Avery labels.  Say what you will...but I purchased clear labels to use for addressing the STDs only and cannot be more exicited to not have too much work left to do.  

  
  

  Finishing the website is left for tonight and tomorrow with a handful of updates needed during the next week after I make some phone calls.  This all has been a project spanning several weeks for me.

  I just finished the website enough that we can send out the STDs.  There are some things that aren't in there, but I just put "Please check back for updates as more information becomes available." 
  
  Now, I am trying to get FI to collect his addresses.  It is seriously like pulling teeth.  I could not be more frustrated right now.....

  Good idea about putting the blub for checking back for updates.  I didn't think to do that but it may come down to it.  I don't have an unlimited supply of engery these days.

  
  

  I know what you mean.  I sometimes mention things that we have been discussing for months and I get a look like it's the first time he's heard it.  I have been asking about which DJ he wants since Dec.  Still got nothing from him.  So today, he got an email with a list of them, information I found out by talking to them, total cost for the night, price per hour, services and a link to websites so he can decide on his own time this week.  

  My point of frustration is my parents.  I asked them back in NOVEMBER....NOVEMBER...for their few guests we were able to spare from the list.  We capped our guests at 110, added who we really wanted and then divided the left over blank spots in half.  Gave the freebies to his and my mom.  His mom was quick.  My parents STILL have not done it.  We are paying for this shindig so it's a darn FAVOR.  Nope, I have asked probably 6 times.  Over Skype, in email, over the phone and thru my sister who is MOH.  No more asking...I refuse to continue to stress over this.  Rant over.
