Ok so I was driving to work today and I decided that next week when I win the lottery, I am going to buy the old Three Bears restaurant in Westport and turn it into a catering hall. It's such a waste to have that beautiful old building sitting there, useless, empty.
I will need a banquet manager, chef, runners, wait staff, food prep/dishwashers and a maitre d'.
