Non-religious ceremony site HELP

My fiance and I want to have a non religious ceremony with our own officiant. Since no churches will allow you to have your own, we are STILL looking for a place (a nice, decent, budget friendly place) to have an indoor ceremony. We live in Belleville Il
and could do St.Louis Mo. Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas? I will appreciatet any and all you can give me.

Gateway Center in Collinsville, and the Crystal Garden in Edwardsville are both options.

This is a nice option in the Quad Cities.  Kinda far for you, though.

Check out Meadowbrook church in Mt. Vernon, IL if that's not too far from you! (http://www.meadowbrookchristianchurch.org/) I also wanted a non religious ceremony, but budget is a huge issue for my fiance and I. We found this church - very cute, not huge...and the pastor is wonderful. Very respectful of me wanting to bring in my own officiant. And the only charge is $25 for sound, because you have to use their sound guy.  The pastor does ask to approve of who you have to officiate, but he is pretty lenient. Good luck!
