30 Day Shred- Day 1

Good morning ladies! Today is day 1 of our 30 day workout!! We can do it! I got up and did the work out this morning. I am going to need all your help to keep me motivated, as we are all here to keep one another accountable!! Be sure to check in with us today and let us know that you started!! Have a great Monday!!

    I got up early and did it this morning too! Yay!

    I knew I'd have to report so I'm happy to say that I stuck through the whole 20 minutes (ok, one little break during the butt-kicks)!

    So what's our schedule? Monday, Wednesday, Friday?

    Awesome! way to go!  That is a great idea- I think Monday Wed Fri is good, because to be honest- last time I did this in November I lost the weight I wanted to lose and now I need to re-tone and get my abs back in shape. I think if I do it every day then I might lose weight I cannot lose due to my dress fitting just right. Plus, FI told me I need to stop cause i'm losing my butt and boobs : ( ha!

    However, if some of you girls are just starting and feel you need to do it everyday, Check in and we will still hold you accountable!!

    Let us know if you're the every day or Mon-Wed- Fri group. I may throw in a saturday sometimes... or actually hit the gym I pay for but haven't used much lately! ha!

    I had NO time this weekend to go to Target and get the DVD, but I am definitely planning on doing that today after work and my WW weigh-in.  MWF works great for me since I do Zumba classes on Tues/Thurs.  I'm in!  I will start on Wed.  Yay!  This is exactly what I need.  Thanks girls! :)

    I am going to do a workout this evening, and wil let you know how it goes.  I fell of the WW wagon big time this weekend, but I am definnitly going to climb back on this week and get to it!

    I went out and bought the 30 day shred, and i think i'll try it tonight to see what it's like. i also signed up for some personal training...which i'm starting tomorrow, and i'm super excited about.  anxious to get back into the gym and working out.....not just for the wedding, but because it feels awesome once you start.  :0)

    I agree with pp- it feels good to get back to a routine of working out. Not just for the wedding but for life!

    w\ow.....did the shred last night....that thing is no joke.....totally got a great workout.  goodluck everyone.  every time you want to eat bad think about how you're gonna look in your dress!! BACK FAT IS THE DEVIL

    I started today as I didn't have a moments rest yesterday, but I'll be continuing on tomorrow! The FI decided not to hit the gym today, so he thought he'd go for a run, instead I got him to do the 30 day shred with me! It was great and hilarious at the same time. We both got a great workout and enjoyed working out together! Cannot wait for tomorrows workout! Keep it up ladies!
