In honor of Best Threads 2010

...what KPS was the best/most memorable/saddest/most frustrating/most chocolatey?

My personal favorite as the one of Mrs. E that just said "I'm still here."  Because, true or not, I could totally see her still lurking like a crazy, wild-haired woman out in the bushes outside of our proverbal E-house.

    Because it was hilarious.

First rule of The Knot - no talking about The Knot.

  • Mostly I was just sad by all the posts that bashed people.  I felt some people were seriously singled out and it was ridiculous.

I'm really glad I made the KPS that called the creator a c*nt.  She's pathetic.

  • I'm pretty sure this one was on NPS, not KPS, but the secret that one person made up about suffocating her baby brother when she was seven.  Everyone freaked the hell out about it (justifiably) and then she came back with another one that said "I made that up."

Why the hell would you make something like that up?  Sick.

  • I wasn't a huge fan of the one calling me fat, but it DID inspire me to get up off my butt and start losing some weight...so thanks KPS poster?

    I don't think we're talking about Voldemort. :)
  • Oh geez.....I'm thinking call out - not kps.  FAIL.

  • I loved the KPS about pulling earthworms out of puddles.  It still makes me smile to think about it.

  • And I don't think we even need to mention the ones bashing Pumpkin and Amoro. Ridiculous
  • I hate all the kps where people are questioning whether to get married, or think going into the marriage they won't ever be truly happy.  It makes me wish I could hug them and give them some strength to be who they really want to be.
  • Personally I loved the call out that was directed at me that said that my $600 dress looked like a $600 dress. Because...ouch?

    My bad
  • Oh, wasn't Budweiser heiress on KPS?! lol
  • Salt that one was hilarious.

I also liked the earthworm one Tide, it was thuper-cute and bonus, really nicely designed (because I notice these things...)

Call-outs were rahtarded. P2, Momo and me got the brunt of that schit, but I won't lie and say it wasn't entertaining. I especially liked the one where someone told me to spell "recognise" properly. *snort*

  • The one where the poster said she was engaged but her FI won't set a set because she's fat or something like that. It breaks my heart.

All the ones that were about depression and people feeling like they can't get out/help.

In terms of KPSCO - uh, well, the one where my husband would be better off dead. And the one about Heels' dog was pretty bad too.

That one made me /facepalm to the nth degree.
  • This was the one that was memorable to me b/c it was so sick

The rape crisis counselor who got turned on by her vitctim's stories. SERIAL KILLER IN THE MAKING.

  • Oh I loved the I fart when I run KPS or was it NPS? Anyway it was funny and I can relate.

  •  I think Amoro posted this one on the board, but it was about a person who gave a homeless man $100 or something like that.  Some people called fake, but there really are kind-hearten people like that.

Actually, the news recently mentioned how one person took their wedding ring, wrapped it a $100 bill, and dropped in the Salvation Army bucket.  The story really warmed my heart.
