    i don't understand what the official or unoffical engagements have to do with. and then the parent committed suicide. there is a whole lot going on in there, and two 45 minute sessions ought to cover it.

    I'm more intrigued by the accident and her FI thinking the "official FI" was dead only to be discovered alive several months later.  Then he agrees to fly across the country to see her and she leaves before he gets there.
