  I know you said outdoors, but here is an indoor option.  The Best Western Ramkota Hotel.  They have a ballroom that looks like a very nice space.  Maybe an outdoor ceremony then indoors reception?

  We got it!!! We booked our reception site. We ended up going with his Godparents' place at the base of the mountain.
