So my fiance and I are wanting to ask a friend of ours to marry us, I heard Kentucky is a state that you can have that done. Could someone tell me where to start? Is there a good website out there that I can look up all the information? We have a very special friend of ours we would like to ask to do this, but want to have all the information first.
