Vendor recommendations for guest transportation

Hi I was thinking of hiring a bus (through a limousine service) for my guests staying at the hotel.  Any recommendations on vendors also if you have reserved the same would you mind giving me an estimate on prices?  I will contact some vendors but it's just an idea for my budget.

    Many hotels offer a shuttle service.  You should see what your hotel might have to offer.

    The hotel I booked for my block said they can't guarantee timing with their shuttle  because it is used for the entire hotel. It's similar to an airport shuttle in that there could be multiple pick ups and drop offs and you wouldn't want your guests to be late because of this. Hopefully your hotel is more accomodating!

    Most other vendors I've found have a 3 hr minimum (and don't split the time) which can be costly. If you have any luck finding a good  one please share :)

    I used Roenigk Shuttle on the recommendation of another Knottie, and it worked out great. It was it think a 25-person shuttle and they did a few runs between the hotel & the reception before, and then we could split the time to do a few runs after. I forget the exact cost but it wasn't too expensive.
