Just curious if anyone knows any bars that have 80's nights? I used to go to the upstage years ago, but they closed it.

    i have no idea. but a friend of mine did her bach party as an 80's theme. they dressed the part, didn't necessarily look for bars with 80's nights. they looked like they had a total blast though!

    Thanks Jrsy! The downtown clubs/bars have all changed so much over the past ten years. I miss how things used to be. :(

    And I think it would be fun to dress the part, side ponytails, crimped hair and all.

    There used to be a Pittsburgh Band called Velveeta that played 80's music.  Don't know if they still do, but you could check them out and find out when/where they're playing.  I had my b-party at Sing Sing in the Waterfront.  You could go there and request a bunch of 80's songs.  That's such a fun idea!

    I'm doing the same thing!  I'm from Butler.  There is a great band that plays the last Saturday of every month at a bar called "The Brick House".  It's fairly upscale for Butler and a lot of fun.  The crowd can be hit or miss.  I am having my bachlorette party there the last Saturday of August. 

    You can also look up the band.  There name is "That 80's Band".  They are great.  They might be playing somewhere else too.
