hair/makeup suggestions -indian

hi all,
i wanted to know if anyone has used or know of a good hair or makeup artist that is reasonably priced yet does good work? so many ive found are really overpriced or have strict packages.  its a christian indian wedding. i'm looking for subtle yet glam makeup and hair.  i would prefer but it doesn't matter that much if the person is indian or not as long as they are good and don't do overdone makeup. usually the indian artists ive researched tend to do it way over the top.  i've asked this on the cultural board as well, but just wanted more ideas so any suggestions would be really appreciated. thanks!

I think the girl I'm using would be good for glam-ish makeup. My only issue with her was that I want really subtle makeup. You can see my post from earlier today about that. :) The work she did in the trial was flawless, though.

She charges $50 for the trial and $50 for the day of. I'll send you a PM with her email.

My MUA, Kristin Colaneri, does Indian weddings--she has her pricing on her website.

ETA:  Hmmm, she used to have pricing specific to Indian weddings but I don't see it there anymore.  I'd still call her though because I know she has experience with them.
