Cool retro location for engagement pictures?

My fiance and I are having our engagement pictures taken on Saturday.  We're going a little more offbeat - I bought a vintage wedding dress from an estate sale and had Louise alter it so its kinda Audrey Hepburn-esque. Steve is going to wear black pants and a tuxedo shirt, and we are going for a a "Mad Men Wedding" feel.

We were hoping to have the pictures taken at the Riverview Theater in Minneapolis, but the manager said that we can only shoot in there on week days.  That doesn't work for us, so we are back to the drawing board.

So you guys have any suggestions?  It doesn't even have to be specifically retro, just interesting.  And probably indoors, because the weather report is predicting rain and snow.

    What about the Varsity Theater or the Kitty Kat Club? Those are the first that came immediately to mind... not sure how the lighting would be though.

    The Kitty Kat Club would be awesome. 

    What about a retro restaurant, like Mickey's? Or even a fancy hotel loby?

    you could check with some vintage stores, and maybe sit on some of their furniture or something??

    Or, in Mpls there is Danish Teak Classics, Spinario Designs, probably others, my mind is drawing a blank because i am thinking about stealing some of these ideas for my own e-pics that we are going to be taking in a couple months :)
