Monday Accountability

B: Fruit cup (0), WW sausage, egg, & cheese on an english muffin (6)
L: Lean Cuisine Spaghetti & Meatballs (7), WW oatmeal raisin cookie (2)
S: Apple (0)
D: Grilled chicken breast (5), baked zucchini sticks (3), marinara sauce (1) 

Total: 24

E: I'm not sure yet. Either the elliptical or running. Depends on what I'm in the mood for when I get to the gym later.

  • B-hot chocolate, yogurt with almonds
    L- spaghetti with marinara sauce
    S- apple may be
    D- eggplant with quinoa
    S- pita chips, may be some wine

    E- dance/yoga workout tape

  • happy Monday!  I guess I'll start today.  :)

    BF:  egg+egg white (96), english muffin (120), 1/2 TBS whipped butter (35)
    L:  1 square ST mac/cheese/broc casserole (349), salad with tomatoes, cuke, feta, strawberry balsamic dressing (100)
    S options:  1/2 cup raspberries (32), 1/2 cup blueberries (42), 50 pistachios (170), 2 small peaches (80)
    D:  pork tacos with toppings (190), 2 corn tortillas (100), fruit or salad

    E:  walking/jogging, maybe some strength training.  I have to clean the house because we might have another couple over for dinner tomorrow, so trying to fit in with that and working in the garden tonight.

    rdr - have you made the zucchini sticks before?

  • RDR/K Everdeen - Is there a recipe involved for baked zucchini sticks?  Or do you just cut it up and put it in the oven?  My coworker gave a a zucchini from her garden and I'm not sure exactly what I plan to do with it.

    B- berry smoothie + whole grain English muffin w/ butter
    L- steamed veggies + protein packed granola bar
    S- organic fruit snacks
    D- not sure yet

    E- I might lift weights tonight.  I'm still in a celebratory mood so I might not get anything accomplished for the next week.
