Help, who designed this dress???

I found a dress online that I absolutely love! I found it on a knock off site called Carina for a price that sounds way too good to be true. I think this site recreates name brand dresses. Has anyone used this site? Is it creditable and can anyone tell me who the original designer of this dress is? Thanks friends!

When I googled the image it says its a Kathy Ireland for bride 2be. But, I dont see it on there site, it may be an older line.
