#3- Middle schoolers/high schoolers are the reason I no longer teach. After we had a conference whereupon a child told his mother to "Shut the f*ck up!" and she did nothing, I made the decision that it was time to get out of education... What other people have said is right on; you remember the teachers that actually taught you something. You have touched more kids than you realize. (ooohhh, that sounds icky, not what I meant though...)

Haha :) One of my high school teacher's did this one year when the class were being maniacs. Turns out sitting at your desk quietly with no pencils/papers/books/anything for 2 hours sucks balls.
